Part 2 of The Black Gold Sports show tribute to deadly Uncle Arthur Beetson, celebrating the life and times of Kangaroos, Queensland, Roosters, Tigers, Eels and Dolphins Rugby League legend, the first ever Aboriginal captain of a major national sports team, who won two premierships as captain of Eastern Suburbs, and was one of seven Rugby League Immortals. He passed away in December 2011 at the age of 67.
Part 2 guests include audio from the great man Arthur Beetson himself and Minister for Sport and Indigenous Employment Mark Arbib, NRL CEO David Gallop, NRL/Wallaby star Wendell Sailor, Queensland State of Origin Coach and player legend Mal Meninga, Queensland and Australia legend Chris Close.
